What data do we collect and what for?

Personal data is only collected in the following cases:

• Subscription to the newsletter: name, surname and e-mail address, in order to send communications about activities, publications and project news. The legal basis is the express consent of the user.
• Contact form: name and e-mail address, to answer queries. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to communications received.
• Comments on the site: in case of leaving comments, the user's name, e-mail and IP address are stored.

With whom do we share your data?

The data is not disclosed to third parties unless legally obliged to do so. External services integrated into the site (Google, Vimeo, YouTube) may have access to certain technical data such as IP address, in accordance with their own policies.

How long do we keep your data?

The newsletter data is retained as long as the user does not request to unsubscribe. Contact details are deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless there is a legal need to keep them.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and portability of your data by contacting the project team via the contact form on the website or by post at the address indicated.
