Complex ecosystems projected towards an inclusive future.<\/em><\/strong>, edited by <strong data-start=\"237\" data-end=\"257\">Modesta Di Paola<\/strong> and coordinated by <strong data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"299\">Manuela Garc\u00eda Lirio<\/strong>, published by the <strong data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"354\">Editorial University of Granada<\/strong> (2025).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"679\">In line with the conceptual framework proposed by the Complexhibit project, this book proposes an important twist: to think of the museum not as a \u00abcontainer\u00bb of heritage, but as a living infrastructure, a social laboratory.<strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"579\">, <\/strong>whose sustainability depends on relationships, flows and care.  Conceptualising the museum as a \u00abcomplex ecosystem\u00bb implies understanding it as an entity composed of multiple agents (institutions, publics, objects, narratives, policies, technologies) that interact dynamically and generate emergent effects.  This is where <strong data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1181\">Complexhibit<\/strong> becomes a conceptual tool, not just a technical one. The project investigates exhibitions as <strong data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1310\">complex cultural systems<\/strong> and develops models to analyse the interweaving of <strong data-start=\"1362\" data-end=\"1415\">people, institutions, works, speeches and ideas<\/strong> that constitute them. This gaze - which shifts the focus from \u00abthe collection\u00bb or the \u00abpublics\u00bb to the <strong data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1553\">relations<\/strong>- offers the book a robust framework for thinking about sustainability and inclusion <strong data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1658\">as systemic properties<\/strong>not as a list of good practices, but as conditions that are designed, measured and rebalanced within an interdependent environment.
