data-end=\"181\">11 September<\/strong> a working meeting took place in Madrid between the team from <strong data-start=\"245\" data-end=\"261\">Complexhibit<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"311\">Association of Friends of the Getafe Museum<\/strong>, in the framework of the project <b><em>Ontology and advanced information visualisation and retrieval system for local digital native virtual museums, <\/em>\u00a0<\/b>in order to advance the project for the creation and consolidation of the <strong data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"409\">Virtual Museum of Getafe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"743\">This is a knowledge transfer initiative led by the <strong data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"538\">International University of La Rioja (UNIR) and directed by M.\u00aa Luisa D\u00edez Platas<\/strong>, in which Complexhibit is an active partner. The museum was launched in 2019 and already has a first version available online: <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/museo.getafe.es\/omeka\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"740\">https:\/\/museo.getafe.es\/omeka\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"1220\">At present, the main objective is to provide the virtual museum with a <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"860\">greater conceptual and technological consistency<\/strong>. To this end, work is being carried out on the design of a <strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"938\">museum plan <em>ad hoc<\/em><\/strong> and in the transformation of the current site into a <strong data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1013\">semantic web space<\/strong> guided by <strong data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1039\">ontologies<\/strong>. In this framework, the <strong data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1108\">alignment with OntoExhibit<\/strong>The aim is to ensure a robust conceptual basis and to extend the possibilities for interoperability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1726\">The project is also characterised by its <strong data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1299\">strong participatory dimension<\/strong>. The Virtual Museum of Getafe is being built thanks to the efforts, dedication and commitment of the <strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1450\">Association of Friends of the Getafe Museum<\/strong>which makes it an example of <strong data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1517\">project <em>community-based<\/em><\/strong>.
